• Alterations of structure of cabinets, wall, or sink that cause the countertop to shift, break, or joints to loosen
• on-normal wear and tear to include standing on countertops, any weight in excess 50 lbs of force on a sink leg or 300 pounds on regular width cabinet support
• Chemicals or liquids left on countertop longer than 1 hour
• Heat above 150° F that may cause caulking or glue in joints to loosen
• Damage caused by heavy objects hit against the countertop
• Natural small indents in the stone
