Material Selection

Pays Deposit, Selects Material and Edging, communicates Sink Model, and sets date for Template

Template Day

A technician digitally measures surfaces to be installed/replaced, Customer is home at time of Template to answer questions, including type of backsplash around sink and diameter of faucets

Fabrication

Cuts material to digital image created by Templator, polishes edges, cuts out sink hole for undermount sink, and inserts rods in material where support required.

Pre-Installation Customer Responsibilies

• Removes existing countertops and decking to be replaced (can contract out to La Tierra)
• Removes all items from lower cabinets, removes sinks and appliances
• Clears 5 foot wide path inside and outdoors for Installers
• Covers vents, furniture and doorways within 5 feet of new cabinets
• Has sink and faucet ready for cut outs

Installation Day

• May remove existing surfaces, if customer chose option
• Installs new decking and fixes decking to cabinet structure
• Glues joints
• Cuts out holes for faucets
• Fixes Undermount sinks to countertop
• Cuts top mount sink hole and backsplash, if applicable
• Full-height backsplash requires another trip to complete

Post Installation

Client pays remaining balance to installer (check, money order, or credit card). Hires licensed plumber to connect sink and faucet minimum of 24 hours after install to ensure glue has properly set.
