Robocut Water Jet/Saw Combo
The stone industry's first high production robotic machining center designed specifically for the stone fabricator. RoboCut is a cutting system for natural stone (ex: granite, marble, and solid surface). Integrating a waterjet and saw in one machine produces a finished cut product, no need to have the pieces cut on any other machine. 100% digital no more human errors.
The Robocut uses a double table cutting system with vision technology which allows for maximum productivity and shorter times for loading and unloading slabs. The Robocut also has a 6 axis Kuka KR210 Robot and a Virtual Inventory Management Software.
Water Jet
The waterjet is used for radius, sink, faucet and inside corners with speeds up to 17" a minute.
RoboCut was engineered to optimize cutting area, ensuring waste minimization. Easy to use RoboCut software allows one step importing of DXF files and the preprogrammed process settings do the work for you.
RoboCut increases productivity and profit, and the savings in labor costs are rivaled by no other machine in the market.
Saw
The 16" saw will cut all straight lines at speeds above 180" a minute.
CONTOURBRETON NC 400
This machine is fully automated contouring and is equipped with two workbenches (This enables us to always have a job ready to load at all times). The Breton NC 400 runs on a 3 axis and has up to 7 different tooling profiles on hand from standard to elegant edge details.
